Other usesWeb-o-lette (tm) by Mountain ToolsThe Web-o-lette is manufactured and sold by Mountain Tools. It is a 10' or 12' length of Dyneema webbing with two sewn end loops. Web-o-lettes are used like cordelettes to make equalized anchors. I find that web-o-lettes are faster and simpler to set up than cordelettes because: 1) they have two less strands (four vs. six) to equalize, and 2) they have no knot to get in the way when you're trying to equalize. Web-o-lettes are quite strong (17kN) and I use them regularly as anchor extensions. I carry two, sometimes three.WARNING: CLIMBING IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS.
